All Manufacturers
Find the page built specifically for your car, truck, or SUV brand — every manufacturer handles warranty claims differently, and so do we.
Consumer Action Law Group represents California owners of defective vehicles from more than 30 manufacturers, from everyday brands like Toyota and Honda to luxury and exotic brands like Ferrari and Bentley. Lemon law procedures vary by manufacturer under California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and some manufacturers have opted into new pre-litigation arbitration rules under AB 1755/SB 26, effective July 1, 2025. Select your vehicle's manufacturer below for brand-specific guidance.
Not every car problem gets handled the same way once you get past the basics of California's lemon law. Manufacturers differ in which defects show up most often, how their dealerships respond to repair requests, and whether they've opted in to the newer arbitration process that changed in July 2025. That's why we built a dedicated page for each brand instead of one generic overview page — so you can go straight to the information that actually applies to your vehicle.
Everyday & Mainstream Brands
These are the highest-volume brands on California roads, and the ones we handle the largest number of claims for. Common issues include recurring transmission problems, electrical system failures, and safety-system malfunctions that show up after multiple failed repair attempts.
Luxury & Performance Brands
Luxury vehicles bring their own pattern of problems, often centered on complex electronics, driver-assist systems, and infotainment failures that dealerships have a harder time diagnosing than mechanical defects. Repair delays tend to run longer while service departments wait on specialized parts.
Ultra-Luxury & Exotic Brands
Claims involving these brands are less common, but often carry significantly higher vehicle values and require service records from authorized specialists rather than general dealerships. We handle these cases with the same documentation standards used in our other claims, adjusted for the specialized nature of the repair history involved.
