Gagik Marghosian

Gagik Marghosian is the Managing Attorney at Consumer Action Law Group, where he dedicates his practice to protecting California consumers against auto dealer fraud and lemon law violations. Based in Glendale, he represents clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area who have purchased or leased defective vehicles or been misled by auto dealerships.

Before earning his law license, Gagik spent several years working in litigation support roles at plaintiff-side law firms, gaining firsthand experience with the demands of consumer and civil litigation. That foundation shapes how he works today — methodically, thoroughly, and always with the client's interests at the center.

After being admitted to the California State Bar in 2024, Gagik handled a broad range of civil matters including personal injury, property damage, wrongful eviction, and estate planning before focusing his practice on Lemon Law and Auto Fraud. That diverse background gives him a well-rounded perspective on the legal challenges consumers face.

Gagik earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Northridge. He is a fluent Armenian speaker and welcomes clients who prefer to communicate in Armenian.
