Chuck Panzarella

Attorney Chuck Panzarella is the founder and Managing Attorney of Consumer Action Law Group, with offices in California and Arizona. In his role, Chuck oversees the firm’s Lemon Law and Auto Fraud practice, working closely with the legal team to ensure cases progress efficiently and that clients receive the outcomes they deserve. He plays a hands-on role during the settlement phase, guiding cases across the finish line and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Since founding Consumer Action Law Group, Chuck has built a team dedicated to solving the problems of consumers — and more specifically car buyers who have been cheated by dealers. His focus is on running a firm where every case gets the attention it needs and every client feels supported throughout the process.

Chuck grew up in Colorado and became a competitive skier in college. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and received his law degree from Rutgers University in Camden, NJ. He began his legal career in consumer protection, handling bankruptcy proceedings, creditor negotiations, and foreclosure defense before ultimately founding Consumer Action Law Group and shifting his focus to Lemon Law and Auto Fraud.

In addition to leading the firm, Chuck is a tenured member of the National Association of Consumer Attorneys and several Bar Associations. He is a devoted father of two accomplished daughters and an avid sports fan who volunteers his time coaching soccer, teaching skiing, and actively supporting music education for youth.

Chuck is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Arizona.
